Is payment my credit card secure?

Yes, online payment is 100% secure.

How do I pay the deposit?

The deposit is to be paid upon receipt of your contract to guarantee your reservation.

How to pay the balance of the rental?

When to pay the balance of the rental?

The balance of the rental will be due 30 days before your arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Things happen that force us to change our minds. Here is our cancellation policy: Up to 30 days before the start of your stay, a deposit of 25% will be retained. Between 30 days and the day of your arrival, the entire cost of the stay will be retained.

What are the arrival and departure times?

The arrival time is set at 5pm, and the check-out time at 10am. On some dates, we can offer you an early check in or late check out with a supplement of 60 €. Do not hesitate to contact us to see if it is possible for your stay.

Is it possible to collect the keys before 5pm?

We do our best to let you enter the accommodation as soon as possible. On some dates, we can offer you an early check in or late check out with a supplement of 50 €. Do not hesitate to contact us to see if it is possible for your stay.

How do I collect the keys to my apartment?

As soon as your appartement or chalet is ready you will receive an SMS with the GPS point of the accommodation, a video to accompany you and the keybox code to the apartment. You can go directly to your accommodation.

How must I leave my apartment at check out?

At the end of the stay, you should tidy up the apartment, put the dishwasher machine on with the last dishes and take out the trash and recycling. Then, please leave the key in the keybox when leaving for our cleaning teams.

Can I rent an apartment for a short stay?

We strive to best meet your expectations: short stays, early or late check-in etc. Do you have a special request? Do not hesitate to ask us your questions!

Can we vacate the apartment before 10am?

Yes, 10am is the maximum departure time, but you can vacate the apartment before if you wish.

Do you only offer Saturday to Saturday rentals?

Even if most of our rentals are Saturday-Saturday, we strive to best meet your expectations: short stays, long stays or simply Sunday-Sunday. Feel free to contact us to see the different options.

Are the dishes provided?

Yes, crockery is provided in all our accommodations.

Is there a ski storage room?

Each accommodation is unique. Please look at the details of the description for the desired apartment or chalet.

Is there a parking space?

Is there a raclette machine in my apartment?

In general, our accommodations are very well equipped. If you have a specific question about your choice, do not hesitate to contact us. Otherwise, there are several shops that rent the devices in Méribel.

Are the apartments equipped with WIFI ?

All our accommodations are equipped with WIFI access. Each accommodation is unique. Please look at the details of the description for the desired apartment or chalet.

Is my accommodation far from gatherings for ski lessons?

In Méribel, there are 3 gathering points all year round and an additional one during the school holidays.
- Chaudanne – ESF + Oxygene + Parallel Lines + Village Piou Piou
- Roundabout - ESF + Village Piou Piou
- Altiport (only during school holidays)– ESF
- Mottaret - ESF + Village Piou Piou

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, sheets and towels are provided, and beds made on arrival.

Can we plan the end-of-stay cleaning or linen rental?

Bedlinen rental, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. If, however, you want a daily or mid-stay cleaning, it is possible. Do not hesitate to contact us.

** Note, at the end of your stay, you must throw your waste and recycling in the town bins provided for this purpose, as well as do the dishes and store them in the cupboards. Otherwise, you risk an additional cleaning fee of 150€.

When should I book end-of-stay cleaning or linen rental?

These are included in your rental price. If you want extra cleaning or baby equipment, please contact us at least 7 days before your arrival.

Are pets allowed?

Each accommodation is unique. Please look at the details of the description for the desired apartment or chalet.

Is it possible to rent baby equipment?

Yes, it is possible to rent high chairs, cots, strollers, sledges and other baby materials. Please contact us at least 7 days before your arrival so that we can arrange it.

What optional services are offered?

The entire Méribel Privé team is here to organize your holidays: transfers, ski equipment rental, ski pass, ski lessons, home delivery of groceries, home delivery of breakfast, chef, well-being and all other feasible requests.

The office is open
- In summer season : 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
- In winter season : 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm, 7 days a week, nonstop on Saturdays
- In the off-season : 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday, otherwise by appointment
